CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP & WELLBEING LAB
Immersive workshops for leaders and executives, designed to cultivate the internal capabilities that enable leading with clarity, presence, and purpose in complex contexts, achieving both wellbeing and results sustainably. The program integrates positive psychology, conscious leadership, somatic practices, and learning in nature.
An approach to leading in complex contexts
Effective leadership is not explained only by technical competence, but by the leader's ability to integrate strategic clarity, emotional presence, and relational Attunement to mobilize human systems. Leaders who sustain healthy teams, strategic decisions, and resilient organizational cultures share three fundamental capabilities:
Self-awareness and internal regulation
Involves knowing oneself in order to respond—not react—to complexity in an effective and functional way.
Relational presence and deep listening
Being capable not only of creating bonds of trust but also sustaining spaces for meaningful dialogue.
Action with purpose and strategic clarity
Making decisions aligned with business strategic objectives, and attuned to the organizational values and purpose.
A program born from collaboration
The Immersive Journeys of Strategic Presence are born from the convergence of two complementary approaches to human and organizational development, as well as the attunment in the purpose of their creators:
Strategic Attunement
Model developed by Francisca Di Domenico
The Strategic Attunement model, developed within the framework of Relational Architecture, proposes Attunement as the capacity to connect with others from that which makes sense, matters, impacts, and contributes, managing to mobilize people, teams, and systems toward their flourishing and toward higher standards of both development and results.
  • Internal Attunement
  • Relational Attunement
  • Systemic Attunement
  • Strategic Attunement
HEART Model of Wellbeing with Purpose
Model developed by Claudia Vallejos
The HEART model, developed within the framework of 12 Senses, proposes five movements of human development that allow for the cultivation of wellbeing, awareness, and leadership from an integral perspective.
  • Hold Space
  • Explore
  • Align
  • Realize
  • Transform
The integration of these models gives rise to an experience that articulates body, awareness, relationship, and strategy, allowing one to approach and experience leadership from a deeper and more systemic perspective, uniquely complementing contemporary models of Leadership and Wellbeing.
An integrative approach of four dimensions
The sessions articulate contemporary conceptual frameworks with bodily experiences and connection to the environment, creating learning that is lived, embodied, integrated, and deployed in the daily practice of leadership.
Positive Psychology
Martin Seligman's PERMA model as an architecture for human well-being and sustainable performance in organizations.
Theory U
Otto Scharmer's processes of awareness, presence, and conscious action for leading from the emerging future.
Somatic Practices
Yoga, meditation, and nervous system regulation techniques that anchor learning in the body and in the present experience.
Learning in Nature
Natural environments that expand perception and favor strategic reflection and systems thinking.
Program Architecture
The five sessions are inspired by the PERMA model of human well-being. Each experience is structured around a sense, integrating the sensory dimension as a way to activate body awareness, facilitate experiential learning, and broaden the frames of perception from which people understand their reality and make decisions.
Day 1
Positive Emotions — Perceptual openness in leadership
Individually, pleasant emotions broaden perception, strengthen creativity, and allow for more flexible and integrated decision-making. Collectively, they support the generation of expansive emotional fields.
Both capabilities allow for the generation of a higher standard in terms of relationships, processes, and results.
Guiding question for the day
From what internal state am I leading?
Theoretical Frameworks
  • Rafael Bizguerra's Emotion Wheel
  • Emotional Agility by Susan David
  • Internal Attunement (Strategic Attunement Model)
  • Inhabiting, presence (HEART Model)
Session 1
Positive Emotions — Perceptive openness of leadership
The effectiveness of leadership emerges when the leader develops sufficient self-knowledge and emotional self-management to internally attune and, from that coherence, mobilize others.
This session opens the process by cultivating emotional self-awareness, internal regulation, body connection, and sensory openness, essential conditions for leading from clarity rather than reactivity.
Guiding Sense of the Session
The sense of taste anchors this session: learning to savor the present as a condition for leading with genuine openness and creativity.
Experiences
  • Conscious Breathing Exercises
  • Somatic practices for nervous system regulation
  • Contemplative walks
  • Mindful Eating
Day 2
Engagement — Deep Presence
Deep commitment arises when people achieve states of mindfulness and flow—that is, states where personal strengths meet significant challenges, and the individual can become fully involved in the activity.
Engagement is the component that shows the highest correlation with high performance in teams (even more than motivation) and functions as a neurobiological contagion phenomenon (it spreads through the social brain of the group). Therefore, leaders capable of generating a high level of commitment in their teams are more effective in both well-being and results.
Slide 2: U Theory Listening, Flow, and VIA
Guiding Question of the Day
What emerges when I truly listen to the system I lead?
Theoretical Frameworks
  • Levels of Listening, Theory U by Otto Scharmer
  • Flow Model of Positive Psychology
  • VIA Character Strengths Model by Martin Seligman
  • Systemic Attunement (Strategic Attunement Model)
  • Explore, awareness (HEART Model)
Session 2
Engagement — Deep Presence
The internal Attunement of the leader creates conditions for collective engagement. Engagement emerges when the leader succeeds in generating clarity, significant challenge, and emotional Attunement within the system.
This session explores the capacity to inhabit the present, listen deeply, and sustain attention, connect with one's own character strengths, and intend states of flow—fundamental skills for leadership in complex, high-cognitive-demand contexts.
Slide 2: U-Theory Listening, Flow, and VIA
Guiding purpose of the session
The sense of hearing anchors this experience: listening as an act of leadership that opens up unexpected possibilities and transforms the quality of organizational dialogue.
Experiences
  • Theory U Levels of Listening exercises
  • Guided meditation
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Sound meditation
Session 3
Relationships — Relational leadership
Effective leadership occurs in the relational space. Emotions are not just individual states; they configure collective emotional fields that directly influence how teams think, converse, and act.
Expansive emotional fields broaden the cognitive and relational repertoire of individuals, creating teams that learn faster, explore more possibilities, generate innovation, and sustain more productive conversations; restrictive emotional fields lead the system to rigid and repetitive dynamics, evidenced in teams that repeat known solutions, avoid risk, protect the status quo, and argue more than they build.
Guiding question of the Session
How do I generate expansive emotional fields through Attunement?
Theoretical Frameworks
  • Psychological Safety
  • Redarchy
  • Connectivity (Losada)
  • Relational Attunement (Strategic Attunement Model)
  • Align, coherence (HEART Model)
Session 3
Relationships — Relational Leadership
The quality of the system's emotional field depends on the leader's internal Attunement. An effective leader not only manages tasks but regulates the emotional field in which teams think, feel, learn, and collaborate.
This session explores how presence, the body, and internal coherence directly influence the quality of bonds and the ability to lead teams toward healthy and sustainable organizational cultures.
Guiding Sense of the Session
The sense of touch anchors this session: genuine contact and the recognition of boundaries as the foundation of a leadership that unites, inspires, and creates community within teams.
Experiences
  • Theory U Empathic Walk
  • Collaborative challenges in nature
  • Relational leadership dynamics
  • Somatic boundary exercise
  • 3D Mapping (Theory U)
Session 4
Meaning — Strategic vision and purpose
Meaning and purpose guide decisions and generate coherence between action and values, mobilizing people toward a high standard.
Meaning is an individual psychological experience that occurs when a person feels that their work contributes to something valuable. When a leader is able to generate a connection between people's purpose and their daily work, then the latter gains Meaning.
Guiding question for the session
What is my contribution as a leader? What is the Meaning of my leadership?
Theoretical Frameworks
  • Walk your Why, Susan David
  • Golden Circle, Simon Sinek
  • Strategic Alignment, internal and system alignment
  • Realize, purpose (HEART Model)
Session 4
Meaning — Strategic vision and purpose
Meaning plays a critical role for the leader as it organizes human energy: it gives direction to effort, sustains commitment in difficult times, connects work with identity, and mobilizes beyond incentives. A leader with Strategic Presence builds meaning within the system.
This session invites you to broaden your perspective and connect leadership with a deeper vision of contribution, both personal and organizational.
Guiding sense of the session
The sense of sight anchors this experience: broadening the horizon to see with clarity what is truly important and where to orient action with coherence.
Experiences
  • Mindful walks in nature
  • Contemplation and observation practices
  • Exploration of personal and organizational purpose
  • Strategic vision maps
Day 5
Accomplishment — Strategic Movement
Sustainable achievement arises when action is tuned to purpose, aligned with goals, and supported by inner clarity and genuine collaboration. Accomplishment is the experience of progress and attainment that emerges when people transform their effort and capabilities into concrete results.
In Strategic Presence, Accomplishment emerges when the leader is able to integrate cognitive clarity (what we want to achieve), emotional Attunement (system energy), and relational coordination (how we work together). When these three elements align and synchronize, the system produces results with greater effectiveness and sustainability.
Guiding question for the day
What am I going to create in my system starting from this clarity?
Theoretical Frameworks
  • Case Clinic, Theory U
  • Leadership OKRs
  • Team PERMA Radar
  • Strategic Attunement
  • Transforming, impact (HEART Model)
Session 5
Accomplishment — Strategic Movement
Accomplishment emerges when the leader mobilizes the system and transforms collective intention into progress and sustained results. Accomplishment is a systemic phenomenon that depends on the leader's ability to generate movement.
This session closes the process by integrating the learnings from the entire program and transforming them into concrete commitments for action that the leader can take back to their organization.
Guiding sense of the Session
The sense of smell anchors this session: recognizing with precision the movements that integrate well-being and shared purpose.
Experiences
  • Leadership challenges in nature (canopy and ropes courses)
  • 4D Mapping (Theory U)
  • Design of strategic commitments
  • Closing of the learning process
Learning Methodology
The sessions are designed to generate learning and development at different levels: intellectual, emotional, experiential, embodied, and integrated into the daily practice of leadership. Three complementary levels are articulated that reinforce each other:
Conceptual Level
Contemporary leadership and well-being frameworks: PERMA model, Theory U, and neuroscience applied to leadership. Theoretical and practical tools that give meaning to the experience.
Experiential Level
Physical, contemplative, and relational practices that anchor learning in the body and in the present experience. What is lived is not forgotten.
Reflective Level
Spaces for integration and transfer to the organizational context. The leader connects their learning with their real challenges and defines action commitments.
Participation Modality
The program is designed to adapt to the needs and rhythms of each organization, team, or group. Systems can configure a custom development process, choosing the modality that best fits their strategic well-being and leadership objectives.
